Project releases not updating for Advanced Access

adva 8.x-1.0-rc11 → exists, but it is unpublished. Only administrator users on drupal.org can re-publish releases.

For the other issue, an administrator user can verify what happened.

This is now fixed, sorry for the delay.

One of the services that does packaging had to be restarted for maintenance and lost this packaging job. We did have an alert that caught this, but not until an hour later after the usual work day.

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
