I'm unable to add a member to a group.
I go to /group/x/members, and I see only the admin listed.
I click add member. I sleect my user to be added, and click save. I'm redirected to /group/x/members, which renders with no change.
I click add member again, and try to add the same member again. It says that I can't add the user again. I go back to /group/x/members and still shows the same (only admin listed).
I go to entities tab and only the Group Membership from admin is listed.
If I log in as the user I was tring to add to the group, I get the behavior as if the user belongs to the group, however this user it is not listed in the Members tab and I cannot manage this user (remove them from group).
