group admin with insider scope & global role can't list group members

Happening in my site as well with 3.x.

Can reproduce, will investigate.

Seems like it slipped by tests because they were a bit too abstract. Might need to look into that.

This is actually a really significant bug, thanks for catching it.

I am not liking these green tests when the code was still not 100% okay. Hmm :(

I've manually verified that this fixes things, but I can't easily adjust the tests to avoid a regression in the future. I'll commit this as is now, because I deem it critical, but will have a think on how to properly test this post-release.

Thank you kristiaanvandeneynde, I'm testing thie patch on 3.0.x and so far it solved the issue with the members view list.
