Enable delete thread from form action in messages

Problem/Motivation

When trying to use the action select to remove threads, the threads are not removed.

Steps to reproduce

- Install the Privatemsg module and enable it.
- Try to send a message to any user.
- go to //messages
- Select threads from the checkbox
- Choose to delete in the action select list
- Click on submit

Proposed resolution

- Enable deleteThread function
