Missing permission define using permission_callbacks

Problem/Motivation

Enabling module doesn't add permissions define in permissions.yml, specially the one in define using permission_callbacks

Edit unpublished adds four permissions per specific content type:

View any unpublished [content_type] content
Edit any unpublished [content_type] content
Delete any unpublished [content_type] content

Steps to reproduce

Enable module
Visit permission page
Look for the above permissions, those are missing.
