Changing to the current live version (7.x-2.x). Maybe there are some jobs queued and it hasn't got that far in parsing.
I checked in the newer version of the module for the D9 instance and it does show up as expected, with source code, classes, etc. Note that this instance is not live yet.

API.Drupal.org is not yet using PHP 8 for parsing and I expect this is a PHP 8-only feature. At this point, it is best to get the upgrade to Drupal 9 done, rather than patching up the D7 site to parse with PHP 8.
