Proposal 2023: Assist in making the top 500 modules Drupal 10 ready

Hello sir,
Myself Prathamesh Pawar from Maharashtra, India. Currently in Third year of my CSE degree at Bombay University.
I have 3 Months of internship experience in PHP framework Laravel and Front-end frameworks like Nuxt.js and React.js.
I have implemented MySQL relationships, multi-role admin dashboards and session based authentication systems in my projects.
I would like to assist in making the top 100 modules Drupal 11 ready and work under guidance of great mentor.
It would be great opportunity for me to learn from expert developers and dive deep in open source to explore great organizations like Drupal.org.

Currently I am exploring Drupal codebase and working on issue to learn more about codebase.

My name is Kaushik Vishwakarma. I am currently in my second year of Btech in computer science and engineering from Indian Institute of Technology MANDI .I have working experience in React js,node js, my sql,PHP,Django and a little of Symphony .I had make some contribution to Drupal and Joomla in my past few months which make me confident about PHP and Symphony injection etc .
Currently exploring drupal features ,bugs and solving some issues to get more familiar with drupal .I would like to work on this project because playing with bugs and making new features is my passion and I am a fast learner ,always ready to learn new stuff.I will make proposals on this project .

I don't have the time to primarily mentor in this proposal unfortunately, so moving myself to a supplemental role and Vishal as primary mentor instead. Also the proposal somehow mixed core readiness with contrib readiness, so cleaned it up. Not sure how realistic the numbers are but that I would put in Vishal's hands.

As now project issues summary change so we have to focus on issues only for version 10 or both version 10 and 11 ?

@Kaushik1216 We will focus on Drupal 10 mainly, although by the end of today I will review your proposal and comment if anything should be changed.

As this project is very important to be done for Drupal's new release, I am planning to start working to make compatible modules with Drupal 10 from now on so that I can get a fair enough experience to take this project to its desired destination .For that I need little help from you.
I had created a MR to make the view_ajax_get module compatible with Drupal 10 which can be found here 3290422 .Later I am planning to make more modules compatible with Drupal. Please give some modules with which I can start easily and get a fair idea .
