Drupal 9.4.10 is not compatible with PHP 7.4

Problem/Motivation

Same problem (Installation of 9.4.10) with PHP 7.4.30 during update.php on th "verfying requirements page": Update stops with "7.4.30
Your PHP installation is too old. Drupal requires at least PHP 8.0. It is recommended to upgrade to PHP version 8.0 or higher for the best ongoing support.

The drupal php requirements page https://www.drupal.org/docs/system-requirements/php-requirements → is showing support PHP 7.4 support for Drupal 9.*

Steps to reproduce

Install Drupal 9.4.10 update:
during "update.php" on 7.4.30 PHP based Drupal (9.4.7) update.php stops on "verfying requirements page":

message "7.4.30
Your PHP installation is too old. Drupal requires at least PHP 8.0. It is recommended to upgrade to PHP version 8.0 or higher for the best ongoing support."

That should be a warning with an option to proceed rather than actually preventing the update, can you confirm, and post a screenshot if there's no option to proceed?

Ok, the button to continue is named "try again". In previous releases the update procedure continued only at this stage only if all warnings disappeared.

In the 9.4.10 the "try again" button continues the update procedure. So everything is fine.
