Modernize use of logger in forms

This issue is to clean up how calls to the logger service are made.

From the API Documentation for FormBase::logger,

This method exists for backward-compatibility between FormBase and LoggerChannelTrait. Use LoggerChannelTrait::getLogger() instead.

Also fix line wrapping in logger calls.
