Merge help session from 1.3 to 1.4 as well

Problem/Motivation

I'm working with the EBT Basic Button 1.4, and I saw that there is no a help session for 1.4 version

The hook help was committed into 1.3 branch at 📌 hook_help function missing in .module file Fixed but it wasn't merged into 1.4 branch yet

Proposed resolution

I think we can merge the same into 1.4 branch as well to keep consistent and have the functionality in both versions
