Organize the field options in a separated field group

Problem/Motivation

When we're adding a new custom block with type EBT Basic Button there is a field group called Design options with the options related to design, right after that we have some fields related to link.

It works fine but I think we can create another field group for "Link options". With that we'll have 2 field groups, one for "Design options" and after that another one for "Link options"

Proposed resolution

Create the field group in the form, and apply the fields related to the link inside of this field group
