Had to get elevated permissions for the repo. Luckily I didn't have to wait long. Default is now 2.0.x
- πΊπΈUnited States smustgrave
So appears that will be my last ticket as the original maintainer is back and removed my permissions
Thank you for your attention.
We have our own track for the development.
and the new release is coming soon.
I moved the permissions back.

Sigh, that's exactly what they've been saying for more than two years now.
- πΊπΈUnited States smustgrave
Will see if they continue with the work done on 2.x or go in a different direction. Did you say 2.x was a fork of one of your early modules? May consider just starting your own slack module

Dear Stephen and Tim,
We highly appreciate your contribution and currenlty thinking on how we can integrate it into the project provided that we'd love to feature you.
The Mobomo team is already featured as the mainatiner though https://www.drupal.org/project/slack β
We see how much work was done by you and it's impressive. We know it as we developed numerous free Drupal themes, profiles and modules that we shared here on drupal.org
Let me get back to you in a while after reviewing all the work you've done. We are the Drupal team with a proven track record, many clients and even more contrbutions to Drupal, so I think you can trust us. Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.

@TR ever dig up that old code by chance? Havenβt see any commits since we were doing it a year ago so wonder if starting a new module should be the path?
