Card button URL isn't set correctly when "Make Card Link" is unchecked

Problem:

The Card button URL is not set correctly when the “Make Card Link” checkbox is left unchecked. Instead of setting the link as the value provided in the URL field, it points to the current page.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Edit a page and add a USWDS Card Group (Regular or Flag)
  2. In the card URL field, enter a URL or select a piece of content from the auto dropdown
  3. Leave “Make Card Link” unchecked and save the page
  4. Confirm the card button points to the current page URL instead of what was entered in the URL field.

Proposed resolution

Update the Card templates to set the button link to field_button.0.url.
