Switch to SemVer (2.x)

Problem/Motivation

Now that we have Drupal 9 + 10 compatibilty, we should get rid of 8.x and create a 2.x release.

We should write a statement on the module page that 2.x is equal to 8.x and upgrade can happen without fear. Furthermore we should remove the old notice about the broken update path. That is lon ago and was never stable.

I think we should make that switch after we have tests ( 📌 Write tests Active )
