Update info.yml file according to info.yml template

2.0.x shouldn't support Drupal 8 at all.
8.x-1.x is for legacy support of the obsolete Drupal 8.

The lowest-supported version of Drupal 9 needs to be determined and set properly. Safe to say 9.4 at this point, since previous versions are unsupported.

Might as well add D10 at the same time so we can start testing D10-specific patches.

All sub-modules also need their .info.yml files modified.
And since there are other problems in the .info.yml files, those other problems should be taken care of all at the same time so we don't have to keep touching the .info.yml files. Dependencies are wrong, for example.
