Footer widget title is already center aligned and looking good. I can't reproduce the issue.

I am not able to see any issue with the footer title alignment, it is already centre aligned. Attaching SS for reference.

I have also tested this issue on Drupal 9.5.x.
I am not able to reproduce this issue.
The footer's title are already assigned in the center.
So we need to close this issue.Here are the steps I took to reproduce the issue
1. Install TopPlus Lite Theme using composer
2. Installed theme & set as default.
3. Place the footer block in footer regions.
4. Check the footer title in mobile view.Thanks.
