Composer DBAL requirements

Version 4 of the module isn't ready for use yet

Yeah, the v3 branch doesn't support dbal 2 because neither does v1 of previousnext/nested-set

The v4 branch updates to v2 of both dbal and previousnext/nested-set.

I'm keen to finish 📌 Add level 6 phpstan static analysis Active before I release v4, so there will be API changes (e.g. I'll be adding return type hints etc), but if you're just using the module (i.e. not extending any classes etc) then v4 should be fine - tests are failing with the same fail as the v3 branch - https://www.drupal.org/pift-ci-job/2534899 → which is because the sub-module relies on workbench access and it has a fatal on D10.

Okay, no problem. I'm happy to wait for a version 4 release.
