Handle exceptions during queue execution

Problem/Motivation

The queue implements removes failed webhook events after the first execution. I thought the queue handles it gracefully and and try again later.

Note: SuspendQueueException might not fix in every situation. This could be configurable every globally, or for each webhook.

Implement exceptions mentioned in \Drupal\Core\Queue\QueueWorkerInterface::processItem.
