Drop Down Menu is not working.

Now the dropdown functionality is workig fine @alok_singh, my suggestion is when we hover on it it should be pointer cursor.

Verified and tested 3336408.patch on drupal 9.5.x Patch applied successfully. but improve theming in new patch.
created new patch Drop-Down-Menu-is-not-working-3336408-4.patch

Testing Steps:
1. Install the drupal 9.5.x version.
2. Install and set Guesthouse Lite Theme.
3. Apply the patch.
4. Clear the cache and reload the page.

Testing result: old patch - Pass / New patch - Need Review
Drop Down Menu is not working.

Moved the issue to Need Review.

Tested and verified the patch on 9.5.x. Moving this to RTBC.
