Minor translation bugfix

The manage-instances modal title is not translatable.

- Set up a content type with a smart date field
- Allow repeatable instances
- Open the "manage instances" dialog

--> Title is "Manage Instances" but can't be translated via Translate Interface.

Wrap the title in t().

Review the patch please.

Allows the user to translate the modal dialog title.
