Rename function addService() to just service() to be more clear

Problem/Motivation

The function UnitTestHelpers:addService() has been extended over time to not only add the service, but to get it, override with a new one, so for now just the service() name is more suitable.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

I'll rename the function and mark the old one as deprecated.
