Fix up schema descriptions

Using config inspector all schema is passing.

Well no, this is still wrong.

I opened an issue with a patch more than two years ago to fix this. See #3170952: Configuration schema is invalid → .
The maintainer mangled the patch on commit, removing the schema labels and leaving the schema in a file named .settings.yml instead of .schema.yml.

The addition of slack_link_names to the schema probably should have been handled in ✨ Add support for link_names (mentions) Fixed , not here.

Not sure how I missed that.

As far as it getting mangled from before couldn't tell you.
