The 'fake_site' fixture cannot be using with `composer show` because the packages are not installed

Clarifying status.

I think this is going to be a requirement of issues in 📌 Remove our runtime dependency on composer/composer: remove ComposerUtility Fixed , so it is now critical.

I will take this on as my top priority now

This is now blocking 📌 ComposerPatchesValidator should use ComposerInspector instead of ComposerUtility Fixed .

This has ways to go but I am happy we just have 2 tests that are failing and both are test that directly deal with testing of fixture.

Assigning to @Wim Leers specifically to see if you have any idea how exclude the package_manager/tests/fixtures/fake_site path from the cspell and phpcs checks. since this will contain code produced by Composer we shouldn't need to check and it probably won't pass our phpcs.
