I can't drag existing paragraphs into new section. As soon as I hover, it pushes the paragraph down and drops it above. I can't get the paragraph inside the section no matter what I try.
I had this issue a while back where I had the same behavior, but saving the page would at least allow me to drop paragraphs into my newly created section. That isn't helping this time.
