[META] Mentoring at DrupalCon North America 2023

I created the event on the contributions site to gather members - https://www.drupalcontribution.org/group/contribution-mentors-drupalcon-...

Unfortunately there's an issue on the site related to Zoom that prevents editing and creating event nodes. I'll need to get @rachel_norfolk's help on that. Will ping on Slack.

Updated some lead roles based on the Feb meeting.
Other notes, we need some recruiting copy for mentors, suggestions from the last meeting included Pittsburgh theme and copy directed at companies along the lines of “supercharge your team by encouraging them to mentor” or words to that effect.
