Problem/Motivation

After installing the module, the following notice appears on the status report page for an existing ECK entity type:

The XXX entity type needs to be updated.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install ECK, create an entity type
  2. Install ECK Status Field
  3. Check the status report page

Proposed resolution

Update existing entity types after installing the module.
