The interface is empty in 'Container settings'

Hello

Problem/Motivation

Like you can see, I have a empty 'Container settings' section in /admin/config/system/google-tag/add page and lot error has appear in my site that worked well with Google Analytics. I wanted to switch to GTM. Please, a little help. I have empty the cache (with drush and interface) and first desinstalled Google Analytics.

Steps to reproduce

Install the latest 1.6, use Claro official theme.

The console problem occurs only on admin's pages.

    try clearing the caches. this issue has been raised before and been determined to be a problem with deployment procedures not this module. thanks for using it.

    Most people have issue with the container form being empty after a cache rebuild or site deploy. You indicate this error on the add container workflow which seems highly unusual. Do you have any existing containers? If so what happens if you try to edit one?

    Review the module settings at admin/config/system/google-tag/settings. Do you have checked Recreate snippets on cache rebuild? If so and you use drush to rebuild cache, does the web site user have ability to overwrite files written by the drush user? The GA module has nothing to do with this.

    The console error you pasted Uncaught TypeError: n.toolbar is undefined has nothing to do with this module. Can you investigate that?

    I have reinstall this module.

    I have empty the caches with interface and Drush. I have verify, the directory 'google_tag' exist in files (I have check the checkboxes you point admin/config/system/google-tag/settings then uncheck them).

    See another time my screencaps to understand that the module create a javascript error. No where in admin I have these one, just in /admin/config/system/google-tag/add

    So the interface can display properly.

    I can not use this module yet.

    I hope you requalify this issue in a interface bug.

    The console errors are not related to this module. Have you confirmed the snippet directory is writable by the website user? And that it contains the snippet files? You mention the add container form is empty. What about the module settings form?

    You have not provided any reason to 'requalify' this issue as a bug. So far you have indicated that something undesirable occurs, but have yet to demonstrate a connection to this module. Are you knowledgeable enough to debug the code?

    Hello,

    Yes, I have no right problem on my folders and site. The directory has been created, but no files are present into it.

    Someone has said me that perhaps Advagg → compression for JS and CSS can do some bugs in administration.

    What do you think about it? I have reinstall Google Analytics at this moment, but I will retest GTM in some days.
