Drupal9 compatibility error

Problem/Motivation

I can't install the module on my drupal site, it says it's compatible for the version I'm using, but it doesn't seem to work. I attach the image with the error message during installation.

Steps to reproduce

I installed the module with:
composer require 'drupal/wordpress_migrate:^3.0@alpha'
