In Drupal 10 the color module was deprecated however the ctools D7 module requires color and now cicd is pulling in the Drupal 10 color module and failing (obviously the D10 color module is not compatible with D7). This has occured before and from what I've read so far it seems that there is a known solution that needs to be implemented by the DrupalCI: Test Runner . We need a solution implemented to resume automated testing of ctools.
