@yas @xiaohua-guan It seems the patch fixes the access to
/edit_extrapage, but an authenticated user seems to lose the access to "Refresh" button. Could you please confirm this? - 🇯🇵Japan xiaohua guan Tokyo, Japan

I can see the Refresh button. Could you try again after you clear the cache of Drupal?
