Separate and add indefinite article labels

Problem/Motivation

English has definite (the) and indefinite (a/an) articles. These may be translated differently in other languages.

Proposed resolution

1. Create indefinite article label for singular form
2. Create definite article label for plural form
3. Update tokens accordingly
