Not all content removed when commerce_user_points disabled

Problem/Motivation

Enabled commerce_user_points and tested it
Disabled it

There was content left of type commerce_user_points - New account creation for "email of the user", UID: xx

When I tried to delete the content I got a WSOD and this in my logs:
The "entity:node:user_points" plugin does not exist.
