Drupal 10 release

This seems to be a dupe of 🌱 D10 Support Fixed .

There is a MR in 🌱 D10 Support Fixed now for the 2.0.x release, but I'm not testing backwards compatibility. I'm not sure we shouldn't create a 3.0.x branch and make that only ^10.

closing as fixed. the RC4 release now supports D10... woot, woot!
