Some characters aren't displayed, a question mark is displayed instead

I have a view, and in that view I have a field in which used "Smart trimmed" formatter (Trim length: 1, Trim units: Characters), but one of the characters, which is the Armenian capital letter ՛Հ՛ (H) isn't displayed, instead a question mark is displayed. The issue was with the regex of the 'removeTrailingPunctuation' method, which didn't include unicode
