ResponsiveImageGalleryGallery does not redefine parent methods

ResponsiveImageGalleryGallery does not redefine parent methods, leading to multiple executions of the same code.

Redefine all methods according to Drupal\pagedesigner\Plugin\pagedesigner\HandlerPluginInterface with an empty body (analogous to ResponsiveImage).
