Typo in *.libraries.yml file, library definition incorrect

There is a typo mistake in "tencentcloud_captcha.libraries.yml" file. Check the definition of the defined library "tencentcloud_captcha" when specifying the "type" property of the script "external" word is mis-spelled as "extrenal".
