Use MessageCommand instead of PrependCommand

Problem/Motivation

The code in AjaxController can be simplified: a new MessageCommand class was added in 8.8.0 to easily add Drupal messages in ajax responses ( change record → ). Since the module has Drupal 8.8.0 as minimum version we can use this without changing the minimum version.

Proposed resolution

Replace the messages render array and PrependCommand with a MessageCommand.
