Fix typo mistakes in module code

Problem/Motivation

Found few typo mistakes in module. File cron_time.info.yml line 4 cron spelled as "corn", file cron_time.module "implementation" spelled as "implimentation".

Check the files cron_time.info.yml and cron_time.module.

Fix the typo mistakes.
