PHP 8.1 and 8.2 compatibility sprint
Several other contrib modules require the migrate module including elections and the date module. The date module as over 100,000 installs.
D7.94 Core and many important contrib modules are already PHP 8.2 compatible.
There are related RTBC patches waiting and I will take care of making a PHP 8.2 compatible release.
