CKEditor change from 4->5 does not adapt on text formats in Blocks.

Problem/Motivation

Error on text formats

Steps to reproduce

CkEditor 5 does not adapt on text formats in Blocks.
I can see the new awailable text formats. But the body Text does not show the change

Where can i find help for the Change CKEditor 4 -> 5

When I translate the Block, then suddenly it shows the correct map.

I Run : Drupal 9.5.1 - PHP Version 8.1.13 on a Webserver Apache

See : Go to translation -> Under CKEditor5 translated

What can I do, might there be some error logs??

    Can you please drush cex both the text format and text editor in question, and upload those YAML files here?

    I managed to do this. There are some 2099 yml files

    I try to append some files, not knowing if these are the correct ones.

    Can you tell me the one you need. or should I send the whole package? It's 4.3 MB
    Let me know, if you need more information.
