Title says it all. We set a minimum passing score of 80% with a multiple choice activity. And then fail then fail the activity. We then get the failure page. Which is correct.
Clicking that link lets us retake the failed activity. But when we pass the retake, we are told that we've passed, but continuing forward with the next button takes us back to the same failure page and doesn't recognize that we passed, putting us in a loop.
This is pretty major. Being able to continue on after passing, is pretty important in an LMS...

4) Save
5) Edit
6) Add module
7) Add fill in activity to module in #6
8) Save
9) Test

You'll have to be more specific on the steps to reproduce.
@jive could you please export your learning path and attach it to the issue to be able to reproduce it?
