    Verified and tested patch#2 on drupal 9.5.x Patch applied successfully.

    Testing Steps:
    1. Install the drupal 9.5.x version.
    2. Install and set TopPlus Lite Theme.
    3. Apply the patch.
    4. Clear the cache and reload the page.
    5. Observe the Left sidebar block to get the difference.

    Testing result: Pass
    Left sidebar block is styled with downward spacing.

    Moved the issue to RTBC.
