Add data provider for response events

Problem/Motivation

A data provider for the KernelEvents::REQUEST already exists. That provides tokens like [event:machine-name], [event:method] and [event:path]. We need something similar for the KernelEvents::RESPONSE event with the additional token [event:code] to provide the status code of the response.

Proposed resolution

Implement the data provider for the event Response created.
