I noticed this error appeared on enabling Group Notify Version: 8.x-1.6.
Dissapears again after disabling Group Notify.
Clean install Drupal 9.5.7 + Group 3.0.0

Hi this issue is not about this module, this service not exists and it is called in the another module (group notify) I reverted the change, moving to fixed because we don't have more work to do in this issue.
