Improve "Recent items" cache

Problem/Motivation

Allow recent items to be cached.
This will speed up rendering and is a performance boost.

Proposed resolution

Put each recent items bundle in a separate cache entry.

Create hooks/events when a certain bundle is updated that that cache entry is invalidated.

Do this for content, taxonomy, and ...?
