Add support for Ckeditor 5

Problem/Motivation

Currently video_embed_field module is using FilterInterface::TYPE_MARKUP_LANGUAGE which is not supported in CKEditor 5 (or other text editors), #3273312.

Steps to reproduce

Install and enable the video_embed_field filter on a Text formats.
Change editor to CKEditor 5.
Enabling fails.

Proposed resolution

Change TYPE_MARKUP_LANGUAGE to a better, corresponding alternative and of the available options TYPE_TRANSFORM_IRREVERSIBLE seems to be a good candidate.
