HTML is being filtered out when using the Label content formatter on referenced entities.
On a paragraph, have a field as an entity reference to nodes and set the title field as a Label as there is no other option to just display the title.
Include a HTML Title Label formatter for the purposes of displaying HTML in titles on referenced entity titles.
