Rename WorkflowManager::getFields() to getFieldMap()

For some reason, this commit breaks the access system, and it causes to get access denied for all users, except the users who have permission to update any content, any ideas why?

because this commit cause WorkflowTransition history will not be create when state change

@joey91133 I got the same problem, when users try to change the state, they will get access denied, the state changed but without transition history saved.

There should be no functional change. But I see what was going wrong.

Please test the current dev-version.

BTW, I am very happy with users that follow the dev-branch so closely.
I hope this error did not get you in trouble with your customers.

the Workflow tab is now accessible, e.g., drupal/node/10/workflow
but Workflow tab is not visible at the node view page.
