Add default Taxonomy terms for Job Degree type

Problem/Motivation

The system will offer the user advantages by being pre-configured to most business settings. One of the ways it will do that is through the Drupal taxonomy system. Terms are to be added programmatically. This will enable them to be present upon installation so that the user can add to, and customize according to their needs. This ticket addresses the ATS Job Degree.

Proposed resolution

The "ATS Job Degree type" requires terms:

• Associates
• Bachelors
• Masters
• Doctorate

Acceptance Criteria

As a user I can select from a list of options for either of the above vocabulary in the Job Content Type
