8.x-1.3 branch is compatible with Drupal 10 so other branches can be consider for remove if not required.
The repository contains branch like cvs, 3308289-updated9, and 8.x-1.3 which are all wrong branch names. The correct branch for a release like 8.x-1.3 is 8.x-1.x.
